Nothing except one of the rooms was big which was given by mistake

Everything - the carpet was filthy and smelly - bathrooms were old and not good to use - the pillows were not good and not comfortable - Not suitable for families - the bathroom's sealing was leaking - the toilet flush was not working - the towels are very small and dirty - the lounge was in the front of the main door Which is not good if you have families - I asked for connected room with the receptionist concent late night was called and asked to pay extra money FinallyDO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

The room was large and featured good-quality furniture, providing a comfortable atmosphere.

The bathroom was equipped with outdated accessories, and the mirror was rusty, which negatively affected the overall cleanliness and appearance.The club music was excessively loud, making the environment uncomfortable and less enjoyable.The TV was quite small (32 inches) for the size of the room, which affected the viewing experience.

Nothing about this stay was nice

The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, even after changing rooms it was the same.There were prostitutes walking round the hotel.The noise was horrendous.

The photos in the App are not accurate - there’s no pool, no breakfast, and the rooms were not clean enough. Overall, is a very old hotel that really needs some maintenance. Also, super loud during the night! There’s a club in between floors for some reason and the vibe is quite strange.

I didn't have breakfast there, I liked the courteseus staff, the size of the room and the locational advantage for Business

THIS PROPERTY IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. When i reached the property, there was a line of people waiting for the rooms to be given to them and the guy at the reception had no idea of what was happening. The receptionist was completely lost. There were multiple disturbing and worrying cases such as same room given to two guests, elevator not working, dirty beds and blankets, the door between the interconnected rooms was not lockable etc. etc. Therefore i decided to not to stay there, however i had already paid for the booking. Booking.com was also not much helpful as they only advised me to talk to the property to cancel the booking and get my money back. However, despite repeated requests, the property did not cancel my booking and my money went to waste. Considering the conditions at the property and non-availability of the rooms (those too in poor condition), the property should have cancelled my booking but they just refused to do it. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Everything dirty. Hair in my sheets, rest of food in the floor of my room. Really dirty towels, Ashes from smoking all around the room and furniture, smoky smell imposible to breathe inside the room. No toilet paper. So disgusting... I had to stay one night because there were no more vacancy in the city for that night, but next night I left immediately.

Stayed there during eid holidays..room was clean..but we had to make more than 5 calls to get toiletries and after that they gave 1 towel for 3 people. When asked they said its not available.view to the sea was nice…need to come a bit inside of the road to reach the location..parking was there..

walking distance to restaurants, cafes, malls, museums.room was clean.safe environment.

smell of ciggarettes too much in the room.after 2 nights stay, I was sufferd with this smell next 2 days at another place.staff doesn't know anything about the area. I was not able to get usuful information to check around that area.

Not even worth to be in booking I am surprised of they even get rating 6.2 , it was so dirty and carpet was sticky , cigarette smoke everywhere where even after 3rd room change , all fridge were frosted , damaged furniture and too old and just too stinky and dirty

Good location, cheap, room looks fine, pretty clean and good staff.

Carpeted floor could have been cleaner, lack of toilet paper in room, musky smell in the room

When I arrived at the hotel on the booked date, I was informed that there were no vacant rooms available, despite booking through booking.com, providing the confirmation number, and mentioning that the money was deducted from my bank. The hotel reception advised me to contact booking.com for a refund. Consequently, I did not stay at the hotel. Kindly take the necessary steps to refund the payment for the hotel.

Only this was close to my workplace so I opted for it.

Everything is worse the room is not clean and smells and the WiFi is very bad. and on my whole 9-day stay the room is cleaned only once.

It's very, very noisy, from the outside and inside from the music and other rooms.... There were no towels and dental kit in the bathroom, when we asked we got it , but only one of each for 2 person. The smell from the bathroom is horrible. The bedsheets were dirty with the stains.. Overall, I would not recommend them.

The hotel is in the Diplomatic area, close to a street with a lot of restaurants and candy shops. The Mosque, the Library, the Museum of Quran and the National museum can be reached easily by walk.

Parties here start early in the morning and stop early in the morning. 24 hours there is noise, music, some strange people enter the hotel, some women go around, and they don't seem to be guests. Staying with a kid there and seeing some inappropriate things was not OK at all!

The staff were quite polite.

Not a 4 star. Maybe a 2.5 star. Bath very old and work. Poor quality towels and not enough. One day we were given one small hand towel only. The noise from the club on the 8th floor was SO LOUD until 5 am every day. I couldn’t sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again.

their night club plays very loud music till 5 am, which can be heard all over the hotel. no family should stay at this property. this hotel needs to be removed from booking as it is not suited for family or people who are looking for a good rest.
